The house of Ursule is a accommodation full of character and comfort on the Causse Noir in the medieval village of Montmejean. The view is exceptionnal, litterally, on the Gorges of the Dourbie. Located 20km from the Millau Viaduct and 15km from the Gorges du Tarn.

It is a very nice restorated 15th century Causse house, with it's terrace and garden. It is situated in the Parc Regional des Grands Causses and the Causses et Cevennes territory, a UNESCO protected area in AVEYRON, FRANCE.

An exceptionnal view on the Dourbie Gorges, really

The house is located just next to the owner with an exceptionnal view to the Gorges of the Dourbie, 300 metres down. Moreover, there is plenty of hiking trails including one natural trail directly from the village. This house is named 'Maison of caractère' (House of character) in 2011 by the Midi-Pyrénées Region.


Not far from the Gorges du Tarn and Millau Viaduct

The lodging is located just 20km from the Millau Viaduct and 15km from the Gorges du Tarn. .


For 3 persons,

fully equipped, at the first floor the bedroom with 140cm sized bed. At the ground floor there is the living room with 120 cm BZ (couch), the fully provided kitchen, the bathroom and the WC.

At the foot of a 11th century Castle

This self-catering accommodation is located in a isolated medieval hamlet, Montmejean, at the foot of a partially ruined 11th century medieval castle located on its rock.
